From start to finish, the team (Charlotte, Aniket, Liz, and Samantha) that my husband and I worked with exceeded our expectations. Everyone is incredibly friendly and patient - taking the time to explain the overall process, configurations and answering our myriad of questions with professionalism and care. Their attention to detail and dedication really made my husband and I confident with our purchase! Only huge complaint was that Google has the incorrect location/address for this store. It was difficult to find because Google led us in front of the Apple Store inside First Colony Mall. However, this is actually located outside near Lululemon and across from Kendra Scott. Thankfully, the phone number to the store online is correct, and we were able to get directions.
