  Bad communication from the start. When I scheduled pre‑emergent, I was clear: spray only, no granular. They showed up in March without calling, did granular anyway, and told me they’d come back to spray if I paid the one‑time fee. I paid it, and they never came back. I’ve called every couple weeks and keep getting the same “you’re on the list” line or "it's too wet". I wasn’t planning on posting a review, but after talking to them again a couple weeks ago, they pushed it back even more. At this point it's too late for the pre- emergent anyway- they've already switched to fertilizer jobs which pushes me further down the list. My whole place is covered in grass burrs because the pre‑emergent never got sprayed when it should’ve. Communication is key, and I feel like there’s been a lack of it — especially being in a small town.

  They had a crew doing landscaping at my neighbors place. When they were nearing completion they get the leave blowers and blow all of the trash over into my yard! I was standing on my deck 50 feet away screaming and they kept on blowing. How inconsiderate can anyone be? I’ll be spending hours picking up the trash this crew left behind.

  I had a major limb cracking on a large elm tree that needed to be removed. They were very responsive and came to look at the tree in less than two hours and had a crew there in afternoon. The crew was very courteous and very, very competent. They removed the large limb which required one of the workers to climb up the tree. I also had them take out a few smaller hackberry trees and also trimming another tree. They were very careful and they cleaned up when they finished. Very pleased.

  These are a group of hard working good guys. Every job they have done for my former employer was exceptional. The one problem, my boss thinking a tree was to small for the money, they came and replaced it next day at no charge. Just so we're clear, this was a 16 foot sycamore tree, not a bush. Great lawn service also.
