- NMNawras MalekAug 6, 20261.0Store manager is bad, like genuinely bad. Today I went to return a $5 crocheting kit that when I opened it discovered it was used and had missing pieces such as the instructions. I was explaining my situation to the cashier and the store manager came over and immediately looked at me like I was not welcomed. Before even letting me explain, he aggressively pushed back the kit and he basically started yelling me telling me that it can’t be returned as he can’t resell it. Respectfully, it already came used as the instructions were missing. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and sad. To be treated like this over a 5 dollar kit is disappointing. I just wanted to return it as I was already getting the same one since the original one I bought came with no instructions. Hobby lobby please reconsider your staff choice. No one should be felt like this at a craft store. Thank you.

When I came to the checkout, the girl standing at the cashier’s station was very aggressive and unprofessional. My children were looking at some items, touching them, and putting them back in their places. They were simply being curious, like any children. If they wanted something, we would buy it. The girl standing at the cashier’s station raised her voice, made rude comments, and kept coming over to scold my children. Her behavior was very aggressive and made us feel uncomfortable. I understand that store items need to be handled carefully, but speaking to children in such an aggressive way is not acceptable. I hope you will look into this situation and remind your employees to treat customers and families with respect and patience. Thank you for your attention.Saturday 7:40pm
