  Horrible customer service. I bought a gas range that was on display and ready to go. I never expected to have to load and push a heavy appliance out of the store myself, but the cashier didn't bother to call anyone to help me.Once I finally made it outside, an employee told me someone would be right out to help load it into my truck. I ended up waiting in the hot sun with my kids for 40 minutes. I actually had to call the Lowe's number while sitting in the parking lot just to ask if anyone was coming. Eventually, the same employee who told me to wait ended up loading it with a machine anyway.When I mentioned that I should probably just return it since no one wanted to help, the employee dismissively told me it was up to me and clearly didn't care. Completely unprofessional and lazy. Avoid this Lowe's location.

  I called the store to ask a question about their return or exchange policy past 90 days. I had to wait for over an hour before the phone hung up before I got a chance to speak to somebody. I had to call another store to ask the question. Also, when I got to the store, the customer service representative that was at the returns desk was actually very nice and helpful. However, she needed an override from an assistant manager or hire. Somehow, this Lowe's location doesn't have an actual manager on hand at all times during the business's operations. I find it very disturbing that a multi-billion dollar major corporation can't even afford to keep the proper management staff in store. Also, the fact that they don't answer their phones. Lastly, the customer service representative had to call for the manager twice over the intercom. Both times, we could actually notice that they were walking away, and we had to call them by name to get them to come over to help. This is an unacceptable and pitiful customer service experience. I feel sorry for anybody who has to work at that location and actually does their job. This place should be shut down with the level of service that they offer from the top. With this experience at Lowe's, I will be sure that once I handle the current situation, I no longer go to a Lowe's location ever again. I have found that Home Depot is a much more reliable company to work with.

  Was looking for a 20cf upright freezer. Started in Huntsville and had to drive all the way to Spring/Tomball area to find one. An associate by the name of Wolf was a great assistance. He knew what I was looking for and assisted in not only picking out a garage ready upright freezer but he also loaded it up for us.

  Just left and was so impressed with Sylvia in the garden center! While all the other employees were playing on their phone and joking amongst themselves, Sylvia was enthusiastic, cheerful and extremely helpful. She came out from behind her register and helped everyone one that came close to her, all while the other employees did not lift a finger. I watch her ask one of her coworkers to help another customer that needed help lifting a large bag of soil and he didn’t even look up from his phone. After we completed our checkout with Sylvia we walked past the woman needing the help and she was loading everything herself, including that huge bag of soil. I hope Lowe’s recognizes exemplary work and commitment to excellence that Sylvia exhibits. Sylvia, we are recognizing your excellence and professionalism, and your beautiful smile! Thank you!

  Yo quería está cabina y llegué temprano para comprarla por qué teníamos cita a las 9am con el técnico para instalarla, queríamos ayuda y no encontrábamos quién nos colaborara y una señora estaba llamando por ayuda cuando ví que llegó la señora Drick y lo que dijo fue qué esperáramos que nos podía atender a las 8 am,( no habla español ni lo entiende) entonces hice lo que quería que ella hiciera, solo retirar un cartón de la cabina para mirar la condición de las puertas, entonces me dijo que ya no me vendía nada que me fuera de la tienda y fuimos a comprar a la tienda de Kuykendahl donde nos sonrieron y atendieron muy bien ayudándonos a comprar lo que queríamos. Realmente es lamentable porque amo esta tienda y nunca me habían tratado mal, además amo profundamente a los personas morenas pero parece que ella no se siente cómoda con migo que soy Latina pero también una ciudadana Americana casada con un veterano. Mejor tengan cuidado si la encuentran.
