My grandmother placed an order from this location and was originally notified that it would be delivered on June 18. She arranged her schedule and waited for the delivery, only to discover that the order had been delayed by more than three weeks.
What is most disappointing is the lack of communication throughout this process. No one proactively informed her that the delivery date had changed. When I called the store at 1:00 PM on June 18, I was assured that the order would be ready by 4:00 PM. By 6:00 PM, she was still waiting, only to learn that the order had been pushed back again.
To make matters worse, she had previously experienced issues with an order that did not fit in her home. At that time, she was told that a manager would contact her to help resolve the situation, but no manager ever followed up.
Delays can happen, but failing to communicate with customers and failing to follow through on promised callbacks is unacceptable. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I expected much better customer service from this location.
We spent over an hour on hold all for the "Manager" to never answer the phone. In additon to that wait the assosiate Tasha was extremely DISRESPECTFULL and dismissive lucky we will be purchasing it from Home depot

I am disappointed with my recent experience at Lowe’s. On Monday, I purchased a washer and dryer and was also interested in purchasing a refrigerator that was advertised for $1,349. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was out of stock, and I was told the earliest delivery date would be near the end of June.
The sales associate informed me that the sale would end on June 3 and advised me to continue calling to check whether the distributor had restocked the refrigerator. I followed those instructions and called several times. On June 2, I was told the associate had already left for the day and that the appliance manager was not available.
I then visited the store and spoke with a manager named Robert. Although appliances were not his department, he took the time to assist me. When we checked the refrigerator, the price had increased from $1,349 to $3,199. Robert contacted the sales associate who had originally helped me, and that associate confirmed over the phone that the refrigerator had indeed been listed at $1,349. However, Robert stated there was nothing he could do and advised me to call back the next day.
When I spoke with the sales associate again, I was informed that after discussions with both his manager and the district manager, the original sale price was apparently the result of a system glitch. After spending several days calling, following instructions from store employees, and waiting for the item to become available, I was extremely frustrated to be told that the advertised price could not be honored.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but I expected better communication and customer service throughout the process. As a customer who had already made a significant purchase from the store, I feel this situation was handled poorly and left me disappointed in my overall experience.

Changed something with their front end setup. Corporate card runs as debit and store can not or will not run it as credit. This issue has only started in the past month. Will take all my company and personal purchases to a competitor. Poor customer service and claims they can't choose a tender button like every other retailer can. Employees all have attitude like you are using a stolen card or dont have money. Add your card to Lowe's wallet on the app and pay in store through the app and it will work as CC. They have updated this at POS register to try to avoid CC fees and force customers to run cards as debit cards, which doesnt work for corporate credit cards
