Buyer beware! Purchased a $400 pool cleaner with cash. I returned it a few days later in the exact same condition, the manager refused to refund my money and issued store credit instead. After repeatedly requesting a refund, he told me to contact corporate for a check. Corporate then said the store manager must handle it, forcing me to file a grievance just to recover my cash. After 10 years of shopping here, this was extremely disappointing. If you shop at Leslie’s, pay by credit card. I received a case number and am awaiting a response, but I will not be returning.

I love these folks. Brought my water in to be tested. They told me exactly what to do and I went home and did according to their instructions and my pool looks beautiful. I'm 71 years old and they were so very patient in explaining to me what I needed. There are numerous Leslie stores but I will drive out of my way to go to this store. I think Rick is the leader of the pack. A very happy customer forever. From green to clean. Woohoo

It’s been about a month since I went in but Richard was really good. The wait was long because he didn’t have much help in the store but he attended to everyone with care. Keep up the good work Richard. I did purchase a pool vacuum and got she rebate on it in the mail.
