I first stopped at the ExtraSpace storage facility on Spring Cypress in Spring, Texas. I spoke to a very pleasant woman named Alison who referred me to their sister location on Louetta as they did not have any available storage units in the size I needed.
When I arrived at the Louetta location, I was greeted by Tori, and the store manager, Jon Salinas. They were both very pleasant to deal with and explained the current pricing structure for the size of unit I needed. Because of their excellent pricing for the units in the newest building, I ended up renting three storage units and will be I moving my belongings from a competitors storage facility into ExtraSpace Storage.
The Customer Service I received from Alison, Tori, and Jon absolutely has to be recognized. It was top-notch Customer Service, which doesn’t happen much these days. I would highly recommend renting from ExtraSpace storage if you need off-site storage space.
