  Our pool itself is beautiful, and the initial design process was positive. However, based on our experience, I would caution future customers to be assertive and persistent about addressing any issues that arise during the warranty period. READ MORE BELOW. In the spring of 2023, worked with Bermuda Blue Pools to build our pool, and overall the final result is beautiful. The design process went very well. I wanted a simple rectangular pool, and their team did a great job helping bring that vision to life. Communication during the early stages of the project was also strong, and the build itself resulted in a pool we really enjoy. Where our experience became frustrating was with multiple warranty-related issues after the build. The largest issue being when the coating over our pool deck (covering the concrete) began showing stress and small hairline cracks very early on. A contractor was sent out initially and told us the cracks were too minor to fix. As time went on, the cracks continued to worsen and we contacted Bermuda Blue multiple times. Each time, it took longer to get someone out to evaluate the issue. Eventually, when someone did come back out, we were told the entire deck would need to be redone at a cost of about $2,000- that is unacceptable for a product that is still under warranty. I understand that over time issues may arise but we flagged our issues as they presented themselves, and my pool and its deck are only three years old. Again, the pool is beautiful and my family loves it but the cracks are an eye sore and continue to get worse. The failure to resolve this issue while it could have been fixed during the warranty period is unacceptable and unfortunate.

  Great work, service and really good people and workers to deal with. Too many compliments on our outdoor kitchen and pool that Paul and his people put together! I totally advise using this company for pool installs or full outdoor kitchen builds.

  Choosing Bermuda Blue for our pool project was the best choice we could have made! I interviewed several pool companies to quote our project, and Bermuda stood out by far as the best. From our first meeting they were attentive and listened to what we wanted and spent time talking with us and answering our questions. They completed our project from dig to swim in 5 weeks! This also included an extended patio we added on. The owner Ernest has your best interest in mind, and I would recommend Bermuda Blue to anyone who is wanting to add a pool. Our pool is beautiful!

  Excellent company to work with. Ernest and crew were easy to work with and took care of any concerns I had through out the project. Provided us with a fantastic pool, couldn't be happier!
