I will never step foot in this store again, neither will any of my friends or family. A dishwasher was ordered from them, it took them four attempts to deliver it, due to incompetent install people. Had to take off work four times, loss of wages and lots of frustration. Also, it took them several months from beginning to end of this transaction. Lowe's promised if we stuck with them they would make it right, however, they were unable to give us a refund or discount until "AFTER" the install was completed and unable to tell us how much they would refund. Huge mistake on our part for trusting them. They did not make it right, gave a very small refund (not even enough to cover loss wages) and the store manager did not have the decency to personal call back, he had somebody else call and read his notes. This establishment has horrible customer service, deception, incompetency, misleading and lies. Do not believe their false promises. Very unhappy customer in Sherman, Texas.

This Lowe’s has multiple Flock Safety license plate reader cameras in/around its parking lot. I am strongly opposed to businesses using automated license plate reader technology to collect vehicle information from customers and other people who drive through their property.
Flock Safety operates a network of automated license plate recognition cameras, and these systems can be used by law enforcement and other authorized users to search vehicle information. Regardless of the stated purpose, I am not comfortable having my vehicle information collected simply because I visit a hardware store.
These cameras are becoming increasingly common throughout Sherman and North Texas, and I believe consumers should know when businesses choose to use this technology.
Because of Lowe’s decision to use Flock Safety cameras at this location, I will be taking my business elsewhere. If privacy and automated license plate readers are important issues to you, I encourage you to research Flock Safety and decide for yourself whether you are comfortable shopping at businesses that use these systems.

I’ve been a frequent visitor of home improvement stores for nearly 40 years for landscaping and home improvement projects. From Washington to Minnesota to Florida to Texas.
You have a STAND OUT store. The best I’ve ever been to. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help.
I’ve been here almost every day for three weeks getting supplies for my 1890 home renovation.
If Chuckwumaeze is working in lumber, he is quick to help load the heavy stuff. What a guy. Always a smile and a big heart for being of service.
I can’t tell you how many times through the years I’ve loaded a full cart while someone just stands there watching.
I’d give you ten stars if I could.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I was trying to pull down some door handles that were about 12 feet high. I asked an associate for help, but instead of assisting me, he simply told me to keep going and did not offer any help.
This wasn’t the first time I had an issue with customer service here. On a previous visit, I asked an associate if they had black matte door hardware. He told me they did not have it. I walked only about six yards, found the exact item myself, and showed it to him. Instead of apologizing, he became upset.
I expect better customer service from the staff. Associates should be willing to help customers and provide accurate information rather than dismissing them. Might be because I have a dark skin. I don’t know. But I am a builder and I buy Thousands and Thousands of material from Lowe’s,
