  I never had any problems with this location for years. And, the new people there are really nice. But, the prior people who worked at the location never called about the break ins of storage units. I found out when I went to open my storage and my lock had been cut off and replaced with a different lock. The new people advised me of the situation and the lock that was not mine had to be cut off. I have been there for several years and knew the prior manager before she passed away and I had no problems while she was there. The only reason I am giving a three star rating is due to no notification of the facility being burglarized. Everyone who has a unit should have been contacted.

  Ashlyn is an awesome asset to Keyport! She is very professional, easy to speak with, and very knowledgeable of all the information that a customer needs! Super nice

  Filing Law Suit: Keyport double charged me for a month and have refused a refund despite many calls and certified mail. I am filing suit in small claims court to recover.
