- SSStephanieOct 2, 20261.0Not sure why the cashiers seem to be in such a bad mood. no greeting or anything when walking up to check out.
- RPRay PuentesSep 6, 20263.0I usually do not do a review on these types of locations as they are common place. I'm making the exception for two reasons. First, the downside. I was looking for a new picture frame for a specific sized photo that was in panoramic. The gentleman at the custom frame counter was quite intent focusing his attention on the customers making a custom order. I was patiently waiting my turn, when he abruptly asked what I needed. So, I asked even though I felt out of turn and he quickly said he didn't have what I was looking for and referred me to look elsewhere. Obviously, I was somehow by standing there; waiting my turn was bothering his sale. Based on his dismissiveness and thinking he knew what I wanted as he hastily moved on from me. So, long story short...(second) my thanks to the employee; Breanna who actually made a sale by listening, understanding and assisting me instead of sending me away. Racism comes in many facets and although this may or may not be the case, this felt like it to me on this day. So, to the Manager working Saturday, you should be thankful Breanna kept me as a continued customer. I hope to not need your specific services in the future, but if I do I hope to not "bother" the Saturday Manager for help.
