If you have a question, which I did, you’re pretty much on your own unless you can track down an employee. When you do find them they are very helpful, but the new era of retail management seems to operate on a skeleton crew beyond the cash registers. Will never stop going to Hobby Lobby, but I wish they had more people at the ready. B+
