  I loved furniture row for years and no matter where I moved in Texas I’ve remained loyal until now. They have a new policy that if you cancel your order you must drive to the store and pay a 10 percent cancellation fee. Even If that means a two hour trip . After years of loyalty paying to cancel your order before it’s even shipped seems absurd. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and will not be returning.

  Ana made my purchase so easy and convenient. She texted me photos because I don’t live close to the store. I had been in the store a couple of weeks ago but didn’t make my purchase then. But I knew it was between 2 sectionals. Her photos helped me decide. She was patient and helped me through the purchasing online process. All around a very pleasant experience! Highly recommend if you are shopping for furniture!

  The woman who organizes the furniture needs to chill. You can tell she doesn’t even want you touching anything. She watches you like a hawk and makes you feel like you can’t touch or test out the furniture. It’s especially uncomfortable when your kids are excited and want to look at the children’s furniture. She immediately comes over and fixes or rearranges the furniture while you’re still standing there looking at it. This has happened to my family twice now, and it’s honestly rude and completely ruins the experience. She needs to give customers some space and understand that people are going to interact with the furniture when they’re shopping. I understand wanting to keep everything organized, but there’s a way to do that without making customers feel like they’re doing something wrong. After experiencing this twice, I will never come back.

  Went to Furniture Row after visiting a few other local furniture stores. We are moving into a new home and need all new couches, mattress, and rocker chair. For the furniture area Dakota R. Was the sales consultant helping me out. He was not pushy at all with sales, very informative with all items, policy’s, and financing. I recommend asking for Dakota. For the mattress area I received help from Keith. All employees I talked to were kind, helpful, and have great knowledge of the products they sale!

  Visited Furniture Row to look for a bedroom set and sofa. Heather helped me and she is wonderful! She went over all the options I wanted with the sofa and found the perfect leather match for me. I was having a hard time deciding which bedroom set was better for me (color and design choices) and she helped by asking wall colors and window exposure. She is my sales person and a decorator for me too! She is patient and really listens, I was in the store several times for long periods of time. Can’t wait for the next step. Thank you Heather!
