  Great experience at Furniture Row in SA. I was at the store once before looking at something, when I came in the next time, Dawn somehow recognized me and knew exactly what I had been looking at before.obviously a very observant sales person!!!! I did purchase what I was looking at and every step along the way was great.

  My consultant was Carl Reiner I had come into the shop knowing which sofa and chair I wanted to buy. We went to so the paperwork. Was in and out within an hour. I have bought a lot of items in that store. Great service.

  Wonderful establishment. They were are to find a part for my recliner that’s been missing for some time! My recliner is complete as new. Thank you, Sofa Mart!

  Was welcomed and treated with a friendly smile and positive attitude. I was able to shop with ease and Sherman’s timing was spot on. He was knowledgeable about the products I was looking at as well as any promotions available and financial options. I would definitely go back and purchase additional items from him in the future.
