I’ve been storing my belongings with Extra Space Storage, and unfortunately, I can’t recommend them because of the frequent rate increases. It seems like every 3–5 months, the monthly rate goes up another $25, which becomes very frustrating and expensive over time. I understand that prices can change, but these increases happening so frequently make it difficult to budget and feel comfortable staying long-term.
I will say that Jacob has always been a good gentleman and has provided great customer service. My issue is not with him personally—it’s with the continued rate increases and the overall pricing.
Because of the frequent increases every few months, I would not recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for affordable, long-term storage.
