This place is terrible. Almost never have a cart available even when no one else is here. Currently have been locked out of the place for 2 days because the front gate doesn't work. Our rental price has more than doubled. For your sanity, go somewhere else.
Edit: See bot comment below. I did call that number and could not contact anyone. Again, Save your sanity. Take your business somewhere else.

It makes sense that all the people posting 5 star reviews are brand new tenants. I'm sure they'll be back in a few months time to complain their monthly fee has doubled since first renting. First few months were fine, 10x10 with a decent less than $100/month rate. Now paying a little over $200 for the same unit. We come to the unit at least weekly and I've seen a cart available once. The doors have been broken more times than I can count, and right now the exit gate it broken. Can't wait for the owner to comment for me to call to discuss further, knowing that nothing is going to happen from that.
Oh also I know rats/mice are common in storage facilities, they have them too. Every time we come we see new chewed threw ceiling crap in our unit.

I have a storage room there been for 4 months. The price went up with no notice. They don’t ever answer their phone and when I’ve been there a couple of times you can’t find an employee or a rolling cart. I’m going to cancel don’t consider this location at all.
