I am extremely upset and disappointed with this company's service.
First, the work was not even completed on my entire front lawn, and on top of that, they damaged my flowers. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner is making false claims and trying to blame us for his poor workmanship.
The owner stated that there was a fencing contractor on the property and that we simply did not want to pay. That is completely untrue. We purchased this home only 30 days ago, and this was the first—and definitely the last—time we used this company.
He also lied about calling us prior to coming out, he admitted that on the phone
He rescheduled a bunch of time and not responding the phone calls
We have security camera footage showing exactly what happened. The technician spent only about 4 minutes performing the weed-control service. No one can properly treat an entire front lawn in just 4 minutes. Most of that time was spent moving the hose around the flower beds, which ultimately resulted in damage to our flowers. The quality of work was unacceptable and nowhere near what we paid for.
We provided videos, photos, and other evidence showing the damage and the incomplete work, yet the owner continues to deny responsibility and make inaccurate statements instead of addressing the problem professionally.
Instead of admitting the mistakes and working toward a solution, the owner is trying to make us accountable for his actions. Damaging a customer's landscaping, failing to complete the job, and then refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable.
If you are considering hiring this company, be aware that our experience was very disappointing. Poor service, damaged landscaping, incomplete work, false statements, and no accountability when problems arise

As a disabled veteran I am extremely disappointed!
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the lawn services I recently scheduled with your company.
I contracted your company to perform two services on my property: weed control and lawn seeding. After agreeing to the pricing and scope of work, I did not receive any communication regarding scheduling for more than a month. I was then surprised to receive an invoice indicating that the work had been completed, despite never being notified that a technician would be visiting my property.
Upon reviewing my security camera footage, I observed the technician arrive and perform work in only a small section of my yard. During the visit, the technician walked through and damaged several of my flowers. He then applied a treatment near the front of my home, left a note stating that service had been completed, and departed. At no time did the technician access or service my backyard, which was included in the agreed-upon work.
I was subsequently billed $90 for the service. I made multiple attempts throughout the day to contact the company by phone and email but did not receive a response until later. During that conversation, I was informed that the technician had allegedly knocked on the door and rang the doorbell multiple times. However, my security cameras do not support that claim, and my wife was home during the visit.
When I raised concerns about being charged for incomplete services, specifically the failure to perform any work in the backyard, I was told that the remaining work would be completed during a future visit approximately one month later. I do not believe it is reasonable to bill a customer for services that were not fully performed, particularly when there was no prior notification of the visit and property damage occurred during the service. I value professionalism, communication, and accountability, and I don't feel none of that was provided.
