I had the worst service ever! Bought a door last night and a guy at the contractor’s cashier did not want to give me a receit for my contractor yo pick it up. He kept my receit and agreed to write the contractors’ name on a piece of paper. My guy went this morning and they said they couldn’t find anything so he couldn’t get it. I called afterward and they told me that the guy last night did the things wrong and that we could pick it up with no problem. My guy went this afternoon and guess what: they did not give him the door, a lady told him that an associate would give it to him. He was ignored while the associate was chatting about travels. I had to find someone else to take me and finally got the door. They need to train the associates!!! Try to call and you will sit calling for hours!!!

Overall good experiences here and more modern and trendy products. I was greeted and helped without having to search. Excited to have this option in Seguin! H*******t just doesn't have the same options for construction goods. For instance, Lowes has door jam extension kits in-store and it's counter part doesn't.

We bought a refrigerator and were told that we needed to buy a new braided water line for us to get free installation, so we did. Unfortunately although the fridge size fit the opening, the right door wouldn't open all the way because it was 2 inches thicker than what we had before. The delivery guy spoke only Spanish and explained that to us and told us we were going to have to exchange it for something smaller and the 10 ft. water line that Lowes had sent was not going to be long enough and to exchange that too. We went back and chose a different fridge and got a 12 ft water line, which my husband changed out the copper line connected under the sink (which has shut off valve) that was previously in use. The fridge is about 3 ft to the side. The new fridge was delivered yesterday but the delivery guy said he was not allowed to connect the new braided water line because the water line has to come out from the wall directly behind the fridge.
We told him what Lowes had said that installation was included with the purchase of the braided water line. He said the delivery is not part of Lowes. THEY USE THIRD PARTIES and that they have their own rules and don't want to take responsibility for leaks. All these delivery guys either don't speak English or speak broken English--even the 2nd set of guy's who were not Hispanic. Fortunately my husband was able to connect the line himself, but what would an elderly person or someone who doesn't know how to do it have had to do? KEEP THIS IN MIND!!
Just a very disappointing experience.

When I got to this Lowe’s I needed help getting floors, I saw some I liked so I wanted to buy them, it took 30 mins to get someone to help me spend $3,400! Then when I purchased the floors I was told my product would arrive Wednesday, I was also told I could pick it up if I wanted, neither of those were true. Then my delivery time was moved to Friday between 4pm-8pm, I tried calling schertz Lowe’s location and it took 30 mins just to speak to a person on the phone. That person was not helpful. She couldn’t do anything to help me with my order, so there was no point in calling. Then when I was at work I get a text message saying the delivery would arrive in 30 minutes… my arrival window was moved to between 3-7pm without a heads up. I was told the day of, so I had to leave work early. I asked the driver if he could wait 25 mins for me to get there so I could verify my product was good and he said because he was in the delivery window he would either reschedule my delivery again or I had to let them drop it off. I had to FaceTime them to see if they were the floors I ordered which I was not 100% certain because the picture from the phone was kinda blurry. I made it 10 mins after they dropped the floors off in my garage. I had to open it remotely. This has cost me so much time and money it’s horrible. I chose Lowe’s over Home Depot to avoid issues like this. Lowe’s has failed me this time. I won’t recommend you guys at all because of the experience. Get it together!
