    This Lowes on the Southside is a very clean an organized place. The workers are very helpful and knowledgeable. We love shopping in the Garden center where they usually have a variety of flowers and plants. 😊

    Third time is not a charm and if I could give 0 stars I would. Sadly, this location is HORRIBLE with curbside pickup. The Associates are pleasant and work hard, unfortunately this location consistently has system issues related to Curbside. Over the last two months I've made four purchases each time selecting Curbside pickup. Three times I've had to enter the store due to the system not allowing you to enter your order number or check in and alert the store you are present. Only to get inside and the scanner not work properly when attempting to check in. Which brings me to today. I had to call the store to let them know I arrived, no problem technical glitches happen. Only to have the Associate on the phone mark my order as being picked up and the store sending me a message saying it had bee retrieved. After several rounds of phone tag a Customer Service Representative said, ma'am I'll just bring you, your order. Needless to say if you want Curbside skip yourself the headache and just plan to shop in store accordingly.

    Would not allow a return of 2 pieces of wood that were in perfect condition and still had merchandise tags on them because it was over 6 months...They were able to see purchase and price was the same. Only $6.00... Can,t wait until home depot is up and running in schertz...

    Es ist nicht nur ein- oder zweimal gewesen, dass ich das arrogante Verhalten, die Geringschätzung gegenüber Ausländern und den mangelnden Respekt gegenüber älteren Menschen dieser Mitarbeiterin bemerkt habe. Mindestens drei Mal habe ich persönlich ihre unangenehme und extrem schlechte Einstellung erlebt. Es ist ehrlich gesagt schwer nachvollziehbar, warum gerade sie die einzige Person hier ist, mit der ich solche Erfahrungen gemacht habe, denn die anderen Mitarbeiter sind wirklich freundlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert bei ihrer Arbeit. David hingegen ist das komplette Gegenteil. Er ist freundlich, motiviert und sehr engagiert im Umgang mit Kunden. Er hilft aktiv weiter, empfiehlt passende Produkte und zeigt sogar Möglichkeiten auf, Rabatte zu erhalten oder Kosten zu optimieren. Wirklich ein hervorragender Mitarbeiter. Dieses Geschäft gehört nicht unbedingt zu den größten Filialen im Lowe’s-System, denn bei größeren Bestellungen sind Produkte oft nicht ausreichend auf Lager. Außerdem weiß ich bei Online-Bestellungen nicht, ob überprüft wird, ob der Fahrer tatsächlich die richtigen Produkte mitnimmt oder ob Mitarbeiter versehentlich falsche Artikel an den Fahrer übergeben. Ich habe bereits einmal ein falsches Produkt erhalten und einmal fehlten Artikel in meiner Lieferung. Positiv ist jedoch, dass das Team sich bemüht, Ware schnell aus anderen nahegelegenen Filialen zu organisieren, um Kunden zu unterstützen. Bei sehr großen Bestellungen gibt es teilweise sogar kostenlose Lieferung. Allerdings sollte man beachten, dass mir Lieferzeiten von etwa 3–5 Tagen genannt wurden und ich dafür auch E-Mails sowie SMS-Bestätigungen erhalten habe. Kurz vor dem Liefertermin kam es dann jedoch plötzlich zu Verzögerungen — manchmal sogar um eine ganze Woche. Das hat erhebliche Auswirkungen auf die Zeitplanung anderer Arbeitsteams, denn ohne Material kann schlichtweg nicht gearbeitet werden. Trotzdem bleibt Lowe’s weiterhin eine seriöse und zuverlässige Adresse, um notwendige Geräte und Materialien zu kaufen oder sich beraten zu lassen. Abgesehen vom Verhalten dieser Mitarbeiterin ist der Service insgesamt gut. Das Verhalten dieser Person sollte jedoch definitiv beachtet und überprüft werden, damit sich eine solche schlechte Einstellung nicht auf andere Mitarbeiter überträgt.

    BEWARE...The Lowes in Schertz has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a water hose online to be delivered. They delivered a stapler. I called to explain the issue and was put on hold for more than 15 minutes before I hung up. It took me three calls before I finally got someone to talk to. He said the manager was at lunch and would call me back. No one ever called me back. I called again several hours later. I was told I have to bring in the stapler and they would give me the water hose. I explained I cannot do that...which is why I ordered it online to be delivered. I was told someone would pick up the stapler but they would not bring me the item I paid for. If they bring me the water hose they would have to charge me again. That makes no sense so I asked to speak to a manager and he put me on hold. I waited for another 15 minutes and finally hung up. No manager has called me to resolve the issue. I will never shop at this Lowes again.
