- LGLeslie GatesApr 29, 20261.0THEY DUMPED ALL MY WATER SAMPLE OUT!!!!😲 We had a death in the family. I drove an hour into town to check on an empty house and wanted to take a water sample from her pool to this nearest Leslie's facility. I just needed a print out of the water results. I asked for a water test and pulled out my phone to look up her gallons. When I looked up he had dipped a test strip in it and DUMPED THE REST OF THE WATER OUT!!?? Are you kidding me? I said "I could've done that at the house. I wanted you to use the spin lab." He said the internet is out. Me, being a pool supply retail professional, said "You dont need internet to use the spin lab. And why did you dump all the freaking water out? I could've taken it somewhere else?!!" Update Corporate sent me this below. And no, I will not be telling this story a second time. My water sample didnt get a second chance and neither will you Leslie's.
