We wish we had got her name but unfortunately did not. She informed us we could not take the floor model of the table we were purchasing, which was ok but we asked if we needed to assemble it she said very aggressively “I don’t know check the instructions in the box” when we briefly discussed with eachother if we still wanted the item she looked at her other coworker and rolled her eyes. It’s a shame because we love World Market and have always had kind staff in the past. Would recommend the items at the store! Hope customer service gets better.

WE HAD ORIGINALLY SEEN A CABINET AT THE LA CANTERA LOCATION THAT WAS LISTED AT A SALE PRICE WITH AND ADDITIONAL PERCENTAGE OFF FOR SIGNING UP FOR THEIR CREDIT CARE OFFER. SINCE THIS LOCATION WAS CLOSER TO HOME, WE CAME HERE TO MAKE OUR PURCHASE - ONLY TO FIND THAT THE SAME CABINET WASN'T LISTED AT THE SAME PRICE. NANCY IMMEDIATELY TOOK ACTION AND REACHED OUT TO THE LA CANTERA LOCATION ON OUR BEHALF. WHEN THE MANAGER INFORMED HER THAT THE PRICING HAD BEEN AN ERROR AND WOULD NOT BE HONORED, NANCY TOOK IT UPON HERSELF TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. SHE GRACIOUSLY EXTENDED US THE SAME SALE PRICE ALONG WITH THE ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT - NO QUESTIONS ASKED. HER KINDNESS, THOROUGHNESS, AND GENUINE ATTENTIVENESS THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS MADE WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN A FRUSTRATING SITUATION INTO A TRULY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN EVERY SENSE OF THE PHRASE. WE WHOLEHEARTEDLY COMMEND NANCY FOR HER ROFESSIONALISM AND HER DEDICATION TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
