Got me scheduled almost immediately, arrived on time, gave a 15-minute-prior warning, sent out appointment reminders: did everything right. The cleaning service included an inspection which led me to find some unseen water intrusion issues in my residence that were in dire need of repairs. The technician was professional, clean, respectful of our space, used booties and all. He was very clear and informative with his findings about our chimney and priced the work at an absolute fair price. Sent very clear emails, with clear titling on what was included and his report was inclusive, clear, precise. 10/10 in all regards.
