  I would strongly caution others before using this company. I originally called them because I needed an HVAC technician to inspect and troubleshoot an **AC condensate drain line**. The technician they sent did not have the proper equipment to actually diagnose or service the drain line. He told me he was only able to inspect the ductwork, which was not the primary reason I called in the first place. While he was here, he moved my dryer and, in the process, **dented my refrigerator in the utility room**. I contacted the company afterward to report the damage and discuss what happened. I was told someone would get back to me, but **no one ever did**. I have followed up multiple times, and at this point it feels like they are simply avoiding my calls rather than addressing damage caused during their service visit. The ductwork recommendations were also frustrating. I was quoted approximately **$2,000 to make adjustments to a few ducts**, including adding duct dampers. The problem is that the existing duct configuration feeds multiple rooms from a shared duct/damper, so the proposed solution would not actually address the airflow problem I was trying to solve. Trying to explain the existing setup and why I was concerned about their proposed solution was extremely difficult. So, after calling for an AC drain-line problem, I ended up with: * A technician who wasn't equipped to inspect or fix the drain-line issue I called about * A dented refrigerator (Cost $1100) * An approximately $2,000 recommendation for ductwork that did not appear to address the actual problem * Multiple calls to the company with **no follow-up regarding the property damage** Mistakes can happen. What really determines the quality of a company is how they handle those mistakes afterward. Damaging a customer's property and then failing to return their calls is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would advise anyone considering them to be very cautious.

  They cleaned the dryer vent with one of those rotary brush systems and pulled out way more lint than I expected.

  Ben was such a gentleman. Very courteous and professional. He did a wonderful job. He fixed the pilot in our mock fireplace. I highly recommend this company. Our house is warm!

  After weeks of clothes taking forever to dry, I called for a dryer vent inspection. The technician found and cleared a major blockage. He explained how dangerous it could’ve been if we waited any longer. Grateful for the quick response.

  We were experiencing strange odors when the dryer ran. Turned out the vent was clogged. These professionals resolved it quickly and cleaned our ducts as well. Excellent work.
