  Unbelievable service from Cynthia! She went above and beyond to help me. I currently live in South Carolina while my daughter attends UTSA, and Cynthia made sure the storage unit and my daughter's car were fully accessible and ready for us when we arrived. Thank you again for your outstanding customer service, your support of military personnel, and for taking such great care of my daughter. Your professionalism and kindness are truly appreciated.

  I've been using this storage facility for over 2 years for my business, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gives me peace of mind when storing my customers' belongings. One thing that really impressed me was their attention to security. One time I accidentally left my unit without a lock, and management called me before I even realized it. That level of care says a lot about how seriously they take protecting their customers' property. I rent multiple units, and the entire process—from checking in and out to accessing my units—is always quick and hassle-free. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever I need anything. If you're looking for a safe, secure, and well-managed storage facility with excellent customer service, I highly recommend this place.

  I recently rented a 10x10 unit at Storage Hub, and the experience was fantastic. The facility is brand new, climate-controlled, budget-friendly, and very easy to access. What really made the difference, though, was the outstanding customer service. Cynthia (Property Manager) was extremely helpful she took the time to explain all the details and personally walked me through everything to make sure I was completely comfortable with the process. I am so glad I had the chance to work with her! Highly recommend this location.
