- AVAsha's VibesJun 29, 20261.0I’ve had this storage unit for 3 months and my rent was increased by $15. I always pay before the due date and was emailed a rent increase due to “demand”.They charge a $30 fee when moving in and force you to get their insurance so they can charge you more! In this economy look out for those companies that try to charge you for no reason! Moving and having your items placed in storage is supposed to be as hassle free as possible! Please listen this warning and find a facility that will lock in your rate and not raise your rent due to “demand”!

They explained everything so clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly felt cared for from start to finish. I would 100% recommend them to my family and friends. Marisol and Kali were extremely helpful and friendly. They made sure to give great customer service and I am very satisfied with my decision.
