We had a great experience with Marisol Valenzuela at Storage Hub! We stopped in to purchase some merchandise, and she was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. She made sure we had everything we needed and provided excellent customer service. It’s always nice to be helped by someone who is welcoming and genuinely cares about their customers. I’ve had a great experience with Storage Hub. The facility is clean, secure, and well maintained, but what really stands out is the customer service. Cali and her staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They make everything easy and go out of their way to make sure customers are taken care of. I highly recommend Storage Hub to anyone looking for a reliable storage facility with excellent service. Thank you, Cali and team, for making the experience such a positive one!

I came with an issue regarding payment of unit. It was showing payment was deducted from account. It turned out it was a mistake by text message. It was Kali's assistance that straightened the issue in the system. I was very impressed and relieved on the issue on hand. I appreciate her patience and understanding in fixing the issue even though it took a while to fix. I appreciate all of her effort and satisfaction with the issue. I also want to give thanks to Marisol for assisting me in getting this write up set up. Because I was having issues with the app. Marisol directed me and assisted me in confidence to submitt this write up. Thank y'all again to both.

She was so friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made getting my storage unit so easy and stress-free. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service. Marisol was truly kind and professional, and I really appreciate all of her help. Thank you for making the whole experience such a pleasant one! ❤️
