Second, Evelyn is an exceptional employee and I have everything nice to say about her and how she has treated us. The reason I am giving Storage Hub 1 star is because they are RAISING MY RENT (ALMOST DOUBLE) on the new storage unit that I began leasing only 2 months ago. I had a feeling that the new company would do this after they took over. I am not happy about this one bit. At least A-AAAKey Mini Storage waited a year to raise my rent. Shame on this new ownership!
