  Got yelled at by the dyed blonde lady with big glasses for walking in through the automatic doors, the hours on the door said "24 hours", she threatened to call the cops, tried to intimidate me. There were still clothes in some of the dryers. Don't put "24 hours" and have the automatic doors unlocked if you're not open, and stop hiring people who are shitty to your customers. The air conditioner doesn't work and your machines are expensive, this community deserves better. UPDATE: The District Manager, Ebony Sanders, emailed me to brush off this incident. She claimed the store was just 'completing closing procedures after 1:00 AM,' which is completely false, this happened during business hours before 1 AM. She also claimed this night-shift employee has 'no prior complaints,' completely ignoring the multiple public reviews right here stating the exact opposite about the night shift. When called out on these lies with the actual facts, management completely ignored my reply. Zero accountability and terrible customer service.

  I hardly have to visit a laundry mat and only go for big items. However I implore you to check the back of your service card used at this establishment. I guess they keep records of any debit card you used to load money on the service card. It says if you do not use this card for 1 year they will charge a $2.00 inactivity fee until you use the card again or all the money is exhausted. What a scam! What happens if I lose this card or don't go to this laundry in a year? I'm charged $2.00 per month. Also the machines are expensive over $2.00 per dry and $4 and some change for a wash. They only allow you to add a minimum of $10 per card load too. I'm not sure what I'm going to do since the machine won't let you exhaust the card by just swiping either. I have to have the exact money for a dry to swipe. Looks like your stuck paying $24 per year to speed queen laundry for the rest of your life! Unless you go back to the laundry and keep using their expensive machines for the rest of your life :) Find another laundry mat that doesn't have this weird scam going on.
