  The first tech was there less than 5 mins and said to call the builder. The 2nd tech was very friendly and made the repairs but, the stove still smelled like gas when I’d turn it on. Phone rep is not helpful at all. The time frame is crazy 0800-1700? I will not be using them again. They maybe need to pay their employees better so they can thoroughly do the job right.

  Terrible customer service! A tech was supposed to come out June 25 from 8-5pm, called at 4:00pm they said to give them till about 6pm. No one came out. No one reaching out on their end!! And when you call your on hold for hours! No one answers the phones!!

  Mike‘s appliance & their technician Jeremy Perez are absolutely wonderful! Jeremy is highly skilled and has great communication and people skills. I had a problem with my washer that was not normal and he evaluated the situation & found a solution to correct the problem. He was able to do this twice for me when other technicians for 10 years couldn’t do it. Jeremy is an outstanding technician, but he also is a genuinely good person. He comes into your home and treats it like his own. He does not leave a mess. He doesn’t tear up anything and he’s very considerate. I highly recommend this company and I really appreciate them!!

  He came out first time and said he couldn’t “replicate” the problem. As soon as I got home I “replicated” the problem without even trying. So he came a second time and despite all the videos I sent of the issue, he said he “couldn’t replicate it.” He told me I “slam” the door and that’s why it turns back on—funny I haven’t changed how I shut the microwave door in the 4 years I’ve had it, and it just started doing this a few weeks ago. Not sure if it’s not worth his time to fix things under Super Warranty contract or if he’s just lazy. Regardless I will get a second opinion. Do not use them if you want things fixed
