  Worst appliance repair experience, technician had to come out 3 different times and each time had to order parts that took weeks. This last time they came out when I was at work, never got a phone call or anything, luckily my step son was home to let them in. They “fixed it” and closed out work order. Washer was never hooked up to test out. I hooked it back up and same issue happened. These people are highly incompetent. Stay far away from this company.

  Mark came and assessed why my Samsung range oven wasn’t working and quickly knew the issue. Without questioning, he ordered the new control board and came to fix it once it came in.

  Would not recommend. I call get estimate drill a hole for my AC window unit to drain. I was quoted $175 for service plus yes plus additional $65 just to set the appointment. I had give them one star if not zero.

  I have used them twice and was very pleased and will use them again. they are on time and the technician does am great job. The only thing I don't like is even though you confirm your appointment by text the day of your appointment, you have to call them when the technician is on the way or they will cancel your appointment.

  Beyond angry. They were supposed to come out yesterday between 8-noon. Never showed, never called. I called at 12:15 to get an update, and they said they couldn't come until about 5. I had something else at that time, so I asked to reschedule to today. They said they'd be out between 10-5. It's 5:00 now, and once again, no call, no show. I've been waiting on hold for 15 minutes to try to get an update. Going through my warranty, and now I hope I can use a different company. This is HORRIBLE!
