  Would not recommend. I call get estimate drill a hole for my AC window unit to drain. I was quoted $175 for service plus yes plus additional $65 just to set the appointment. I had give them one star if not zero.

  I have used them twice and was very pleased and will use them again. they are on time and the technician does am great job. The only thing I don't like is even though you confirm your appointment by text the day of your appointment, you have to call them when the technician is on the way or they will cancel your appointment.

  Beyond angry. They were supposed to come out yesterday between 8-noon. Never showed, never called. I called at 12:15 to get an update, and they said they couldn't come until about 5. I had something else at that time, so I asked to reschedule to today. They said they'd be out between 10-5. It's 5:00 now, and once again, no call, no show. I've been waiting on hold for 15 minutes to try to get an update. Going through my warranty, and now I hope I can use a different company. This is HORRIBLE!

  Wally is a great guy!! While I was a little peeved by the 5 hour service window and then being the last on the list, Wally totally turned my attitude 180 degrees. He called me and walked me through what I needed to do to get my fridge up and running until he could get the warranted part. Wally is the best! I would recommend Wally to anyone. I still think Mikes needs to adjust their service windows to 2 hour windows, but that’s not Wally’s call. 😁.

  Had a manufacture warranty on my fridge that said it need new fans and panel (had it 2 months and one week, Lowe’s would not return as it was one week over the two months). Manufacturer sent Mikes to fix it, the said they ordered parts. Three week and no word I called they said part was back ordered with no estimate of delivery but inquired to manufacture they said they call back in 48 hours 4 days later nothing so I called the manufacturer who said order was in but they gave no part numbers and they would call mikes. 20 minutes later I got a service email that they’d me at my house the following day to fix it. They came took it apart put it back together said it was fixed. 45 minutes later fridge was over hearting again and now the freezer isn’t work and water dripping from the water dispenser. I immediately text the tech that it was broken 4 days later nothing! The manufacturer won’t replace till the third ticket for same issue. They called mikes yesterday and they said the repair was complete and the closes the ticket but it’s still open. I called the y don’t answer due to internet outage. What a mess!! A month with no fridge and now their repair drone the freezer and have dripping water.
