    Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing.     This is a shout out to Esmeralda from the Garden Section at your Alamo Ranch location. I am amazed that no matter the weather (100+ heat, driving rain or freekish cold) she always maintains her smile and helpful attitude. Furthermore and impressively she takes the time to ask about my latest project(s), looks at pictures (time permitting), assists with quirky gift cards, ensures I didn’t forget anything, asks about my military status and always, always comes across as if she honestly loves what she does. I shop at Lowe’s because your store has the items I need to make my yard beautiful; however, I think I would adjust my projects accordingly even if you didn’t have those items just because of Esmeralda’s customer service and kindness. Thank you!!!

    Absolutely terrible customer service at this Lowe’s location. We were forced to come back to the store twice just to attempt to return a lawn mower that completely stopped working after only 6 weeks. Assistant Manager Arthur Acosta was completely unhelpful and repeatedly said there was “nothing he could do,” without even attempting to offer a solution, work with us, or provide any real customer support. The lack of professionalism, concern, and accountability was shocking. Spending money on products that fail almost immediately is frustrating enough, but being treated like customers don’t matter makes it even worse. Extremely disappointing experience, and definitely not the level of service Lowe’s claims to stand behind.

    I would like to commend Lowes Store Manager Arthur Acosta for his exceptional customer service and professionalism. After I experienced a situation where a recently purchased items were taken from my cart in the parking lot, Mr. Acosta took the time to thoroughly look into the matter. He listened carefully, showed genuine understanding, and approached the situation with patience and attention to detail. Although the item was not recovered or returned to the store, I truly appreciate the effort he put into investigating what happened and ensuring my concerns were taken seriously. His willingness to help and his respectful, empathetic approach made a difficult situation much easier to deal with. Mr. Acosta represents your store with integrity and a strong commitment to customer care.

    I returned to the Customer Service Desk, at Lowe's (1604 & Blanco), to get an even exchange on two defective Indoor 24-Hour Manual Timer # 148297. I was even going to get an extra timer as a backup. TYLER the floor manager at the time said he could not under no circumstances exchange the two timers because it was over the 90 days return policy. I did buy them more than 90 days ago, but the timers were installed (less than 2 months ago). I still have the original package and installation instructions. The total cost of both timers is less than $14.00. THD would have given me a THD Merchandise Credit Card for the amount of the product, then I could buy it again with it. I feel that TYLER needs training on how to be more reasonable, I don't think $14.00 is going to break Lowe's, only more customers going to THD. As for me, I am extremely tired of paying for CHINA defective products. Today, I learned an important lesson, always buy what I need at THE HOME DEPOT (THD), they provide better Customer Service.
