Glenn provided excellent customer service he educated us on the different products so that we could make an informed decision on a large purchase. He also was called out by the cashier to come and help us load it. My family appreciated Glenn going above and beyond, and would like for him to receive the recognition for doing so.
Thank you Lowe’s for carrying adequate stock, in an emergency situation. We called Home Depot and they did not have enough inventory for my family’s essential needs. Our experience with Lowe’s has always been 10/10 in product quality, policies, and customer service.

If you want to answer 8 to 10 questions before you actually can pay what do you want to round up, I mean I don't even know all the stupid questions and then it didn't even register the card. Felt like walking out with the.. .
So if you want to answer a bunch of questions before you pay come here otherwise maybe skip Lowe's and go somewhere else.

Stay away from Alamo Ranch Lowe’s store. I placed an order online and I got a message that all of my items were out of stock. When I got to the store, only one out of the four items weren’t available, and they continued to cancel my order. At the end, they asked me to pay again even though I already paid. I told them I was not going to pay twice. Arthur and Juan( managers )did nothing to remedy the situation.Andrew kept saying I’d get my money back within a day, but that’s not true. They wouldn’t even give me store credit even though I fully paid for the items.

Came in to Lowe’s today to get information and purchase a storm door for my home. There was an associate helping another customer but there was no other associate nearby to help me out. Waited 30 minutes with no help around. Luckily Home Depot was nearby and I went and made my purchase there. You need to have associates available In order to get your sales. Your loss is Home Depot’s gain.

People in the store are nice, but don't order any installs with them. I thought it would be easy click click click install paid for set up on the calendar and done in under 3 minutes. I was impressed with how great their website set up was until... I get a text from Affirm (paying through affirm) that the transaction was rejected I had agreed to a loan of $742.88 0% interest over 3 months. But Lowes system asked Affirm for $893.31 instead (Lowes customer rep could not see that being asked for from her end)out of my account. Since that amount was not there the order was put on hold. I call the Lowes customer service rep and she explains they put a hold with extra $$ sometimes and redo the hold every 7 days until installed. Then you have to swipe your card again once they install it. She did confirm that this would put multiple holds on a checking account, credit card etc. That it was up to our banks policies on how that works out. There was no disclosing any of this at check out. So warning if you use affirm, or any of the credit deals online you won't be able to use it. Also do not utilize them if your checking is expecting to pull out a certain amount at a certain time or if you are close to your max on your credit card and you don't have weeks to let it sort itself out. This was the first time in 12 yrs I have tried anything with Lowes and won't be going back. Easier to deal with Home Depot, was just trying to save a few bucks.
