    Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing.     Currently being ignored by the gentlemen in the paint section. Myself and others have been waiting for over 20 minutes while employees just completely ignore customers. Definitely not the store to shop at. I’d already be at Home Depot if I wasn’t matching the crappy paint that Lowe’s provides anyway. I don’t feel I should even go into the idea of trying to order anything from Lowe’s and it ever show up not broken and unusable. Worst customer service ever!!!

    We had a great experience at Lowe’s during a blackout. We needed an electric battery charger, and Aimee helped us find the right one for our needs. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind throughout the process. What really stood out was that they allowed us to charge it in the store until it reached 100%, which was extremely helpful during the blackout. Troy the store manager was also very helpful and even told us we could come back to recharge it again if we needed to. That kind of customer service makes a big difference, especially during a stressful situation. Thank you to Aimee and Troy for going above and beyond. Highly recommend this Lowe’s location.

    I placed an order online for a new refrigerator with delivery scheduled for May 1, 2026. The night before, I received a delivery window of 12:30–4:30 PM. Due to heavy rains and flooding in San Antonio, I understood there could be delays. However, when I didn’t receive any updates, I contacted customer service around 4:15 PM. I was told delivery would arrive “within an hour,” but no additional details were provided. The delivery team didn’t arrive until around 6:30 PM. The delivery crew immediately removed my old refrigerator before bringing in the new one—something I would strongly advise against. When I stepped outside a few minutes later, I noticed the new refrigerator was visibly damaged, with crushing on the bottom and both sides. The delivery person acknowledged the issue, and I refused the delivery. I was told I would be connected with customer service through dispatch. I spoke with a representative named Evie, and unfortunately, this is where the experience worsened. She seemed frustrated from the start, provided little clarity on next steps, and when I asked to speak to someone else, she placed me on hold, returned briefly, and said no one else was available before disconnecting the call. I then requested the order be canceled. The logistics coordinator said she would submit the request, but I never received confirmation. I had to call customer service again to follow up. Although I was told a manager would contact me within 24 hours, no one ever did. I ultimately received an email later that day confirming the refund. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. While I understand that delivery issues and damage can happen—especially with a third-party logistics company—the lack of communication, poor handling of the situation, and unprofessional customer service made the situation far worse.

    I went to Lowe’s yesterday around 5:30, to buy some garage storage cabinets and let me just say this is the worst customer service Lowe’s I’ve ever experienced. We loaded them up the kart and proceeded to the self checkout were there was a young guy working and he was just giving me this horrible look and attitude by the way he talked to me, trying to reply in Spanish when I’m clearly speaking English to him! Then he called assistant to help us load and no one ever showed up(I don’t think he called anyone). Just trying to bring this to the store’s attention! This is not professional behavior!
