Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling.
Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they
are deep in the middle of this.
Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc.
As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed, To my or my wife's satisfaction.
-An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period.
Timeline:
-Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty.
-Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install.
-An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed".
-Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one.
-So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty.
-$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile.
-I will not go into other damage issues here.

I visited this location on Sunday 5/17 around 12:30PM. We had two reasons for our visit: To select tile for our "Free Floor Measurement" project and to pick up some pool supplies.
Jason Herrera "Sales Specialist" in the flooring area was not interested in selling anything. We stood by the register for five minutes and watched him look at us twice while he was moving things around. I finally flagged him down. We explained to him that we picked out a tile for our "Measurement" that was completed a few weeks ago and asked him to enter the tile # into our file so we could get a quote on our project. He said he didn't know how to do that. I asked for a manager. He then "amazingly" was able to go into the system and pull up our measurement. He advised there was not a way for him to add the product number into our file. He entered a note into the system and called the "help desk". Jason showed no interest in helping us resolve the issue, didn't apologize, never did get the manager. And we never did get our updated quote for our floor tiling project.
The pool section out on the patio was dusty, dirty and unorganized.
Lowes, get your act together. Don't advertise "Free Floor Measurement" and then make it impossible to get a quote on how much the project is going to cost. Should be the easy button!
Now thinking of not going with Lowes for this $10,000 project and hiring a local contractor to do the job. Jason needs some customer service training.

Did an online order and it was filled quickly and I was in and out in an instant. The staff was so happy to see me and referred to me by name. It was nice to see the commitment to me and my needs as a customer even though I was just picking up my order. I will return because I know I'm appreciated there.

I ordered PELLA windows, 6 windows and a sliding door, 14 January 2026. Dates order was to be ready for pickup was 09 Feb. Park of the order was ready. Rest of the order was not ready and delivered 06 March 2026. 3 windows were incorrect, due to the store and I had to rent a Uhaul to take back and reorder. Those 3 windows were ready and delivered 30 March 2026. The driver told me at the time of delivering that the store broke a window and I had to wait. I was never called by the store. I had to call them. I spoke to Scott, he stated he was the manager and would reorder my window, notify me if they can expedite the delivery and set up a delivery date, free of charge. I have not heard back as of today. This is the worse experience given my first time ever purchasing a large home improvement product of this size. I will be going to another company to purchase a remaining wi dow I still need.
