  If you have a large project, do not place a large delivery order from this location. After paying the $79 delivery fee on a ~$ 2,500 order, I received warped lumber, and I am missing (11) landscape timbers, (15) 2x4x12', (4) 8'x4' plywood, and (30) 2x6x20'. This means someone knowingly put warped boards on the truck and did not fulfill the order. Our project will now be at least 2-weeks behind schedule. This is not the first time Lowes has been careless with the items it delivers - there are warped boards and/or torn bags every time. I spent over an hour of my time on the phone trying to resolve the issues, when their loaders could have easily just cared about the warped boards they were putting on the truck to deliver to a customer. They will first offer to have a truck come pick up the damaged items, then issue you a refund. This means you still won't have the items you ordered, will have to place the order again (for the replacement items), and will have to pay the $79 delivery fee again. So they will send out a truck to pick up one piece of lumber, then tell you they can't waive the delivery fee for the replacements. Because of their mistake and lack of quality assurance, you, the customer, are expected to carry the burden. Refuse this. The outsourced customer service reps overseas will tell you to go into the store and pick up the replacements instead. If you ordered a 20' board of lumber and they willingly delivered a warped board, how on earth are you going to transport that replacement without having your own flatbed truck? Much less if you ordered multiple 20' boards. This location was somehow out of 2x6x20' lumber. Other locations had 100+. The customer service rep told me the other stores couldn't replace the board because of inventory discrepancies. However, they also delivered the wrong brand of sandbags. No concern about inventory discrepancies there? No phone call, no notice, and no request for approval to substitute a similar/like-kind item? The rep also told me that when an online order is placed, if the store doesn't have the item, they will have it brought over from other stores - if you're still following, you may be as confused as I was. So they will aggregate orders from other stores and deliver different items than what you ordered, but they will not fulfill a replacement (due to their lack of quality assurance) from other stores because of concerns about inventory discrepancies. In the end, because this Lowe's did not appropriately monitor their inventory, they do not have the lumber in stock, and Lowes will not provide a way to replace the warped 2x6x20' lumber - we will have to find a way to get it to the project site ourselves, or pay another $79 delivery fee (for a $25 board). However, I was finally able to get them to replace the warped 2x8x20 boards - picking up the warped boards and dropping off the replacements - but that won't happen for two weeks. Know this: Besides Lowe's lack of quality assurance when delivering items, Lowe's has no sense of urgency about getting the replacements out to the customer so the customer can maintain their project timeline (whose client is now pissed at the guy/gal they hired, not Lowes). Your reputation will be partly determined by Lowe's careless practices and policies. Lowes: You can't have everything. You want people to spend money with your company, but won't do what needs to be done to satisfy an order correctly. You can't be complicit in allowing loaders to willingly send out warped boards and then not have processes in place to ensure replacements are handled promptly. When you mess with your customers' reputation and livelihood, you don't deserve their money. If you have already decided not to give your money to Home Depot, and then Lowe's seems uninterested in customer satisfaction and quality assurance, where do you go? I would recommend MG Building Materials (which also ships), Amazon (for home goods and tools), Tractor Supply for yard equipment/tools, and a local nursery (Rainbow Gardens is the best) for your gardening needs.

  The customer service lady Hyadie, Hyandi. I cant remeber how it's spelled. Very rude lady. I couldn't return a part. I understand why but it's how she told me that I can't return it is what made me mad. So I asked why? She responded by talking to me like I'm an idiot and set the item in front me on the counter asking me to explain why she should take it back? For reference the item was a threaded end piece I put on and took right back off. She ended up calling a manager named Tyler up. He was cool but she done made me mad, so I just wanted to argue at this point. Argued with Tyler some and left. Come in with an idea to return the wrong parts and buy the correct parts. Because of that lady I just left mad and didn't buy anything. She returned the rest of my stuff just the one part she had a problem with. Which I understand it cant be returned but she was so rude about it. Left very mad. Screw that lady.

  Every time I come to Lowe’s to buy after 7pm no help at all , specially in the appliance section there is no one , it looks that they don’t want to sell anything, or have more clients ,

  Although this is my "neighborhood" store &I spend an "average" amount there on a usual basis for plants&birdseed, I find that if I need assistance with any other department (besides self service) I will have to wait until a male gets waited upon in my department to be seen.

  Best stocked Lowe's store I've visited either in San Antonio or Laredo, Texas... Department rep. Alex was helpful from point A to point B. Even assisted with a pu items setup, and cashier services. Customer service rep. Rachel was courteous, professional, and customer service oriented assisting us with the application process for a Lowe's credit card account.
