Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling.
Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they
are deep in the middle of this.
Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc.
As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed, To my or my wife's satisfaction.
-An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period.
Timeline:
-Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty.
-Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install.
-An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed".
-Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one.
-So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty.
-$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile.
-I will not go into other damage issues here.

Me and my sister bought 4 large pots in the garden center today. The pots were very heavy and Jacob went out of his way to bring the heavy pots down from the top shelf. He also brought us the rolling carts to load the pots onto. He was very nice and helpful and his kindness is much appreciated. After we paid for the pots another employee (did not get his name) assisted us by loading them into my car. The employees at this location are always very helpful! Thank you!

Every time I order something from Lowe's, I always have a hard time getting in contact with someone in regards to my order. Or I can never really get the help that I need while I'm in the store due to employees not wanting to assist. I try calling and no one ever answers so I always have to go in person to get a hold of somebody to answer my questions. I am a regular customer at this store. Customer service is not good in the return section of the store.
