Security is very needed in the parking lot. Not safe for customers. As I was walking to my car, woman with orange hair popped out from between cars holding something in her hand. She tried to talk to me and I said "No" and walked to car ASAP. She was accosting other people in the parking lot as I drove away. One person handed over cash to her. I called store from my car to inform them. I told them there was something going on in the parking lot that shouldn't be happening and could they put me through to security. Was put on hold for 13 minutes and I gave up. So, I have no choice but to post. Does Lowes care about customer safety?

Associates Gilma & Clint from the garden department went out of their way to retrieve an expensive item I left in the bottom of the basket after I loaded up and left the parking lot.
They are both so friendly each time I go in and go above and beyond even on these hot summer days. Both definitely deserve recognition as Associates of the Month!

This a review for the company itself not the employees. I purchased a refrigerator which I had to wait 4 days to have delivered, only for it to have a factory defect. They took it back told me the earliest they could bring a new one was in 2 more days. So...I called the delivery place as well as corporate and spent about an hour trying to get them to make it right. Of course, they did nothing. They just read the teleprompter until you get tired of complaining that they don't have quality assurance or even basic manners. This giant corporation is one of many that literally don't care about your satisfaction. This is just a reminder that Lowe's doesn't need your money or your business, because there aren't many other options to buy affordable appliances. Lowes policy is suck it up! You don't have a choice. I ended up ordering something directly from Frigidaire. To be honest, I don't really expect any better service. It doesn't even have a one year free warranty. I guess it's just time we realize we are mostly at the mercy of big corporations and it's sad.

Manager on Duty, Penny, was EXTREMELY unprofessional. Scoffed at me when I asked for a discount on a broken item that was significantly damaged that could have been discounted further once we noticed the broken corner. She literally scoffed at me and walked away. When I went to pay for it, she had to come back and try to rescan the item and it wouldnt scan. Another customer then asked for assistance about the paint they needed help with and she proceeded to YELL across the aisle and tell him very rudely that he would have to wait cause clearly everyone was busy with another customer. I'm amazed at the unprofessionalism of this so called "manager".
