    First time at this location, Friday morning around 10am possibly, needed brooms. An older gentleman brought the electrical ladder to get some brooms down for us to purchase. I got to my car, realized I had sat my keys down in the broom aisle on a display. Didn't find them where I left them and the electrical ladder was removed from the aisle right where my keys were. I found another associate who offered to help me locate them, we searched the aisle then he went to front desk.. However I saw and went up to the older gentleman who originally helped us, he was at a work station near aisle 30, he was on his personal phone, talking, I waited patiently for him to finish, he saw me walk up to him, he knew I was standing right there waiting, he never looked at me again or ever acknowledged me, never said be right with you, if it was a personal call, he should've told them he'd have to call them right back or hold on. However I continued to wait, because the ladder was in the same aisle as he was. So I wanted to ask him if he found my keys. Waiting still, and then he walks down the aisle further away from me, never acknowledging me, still on cell phone, I'm still waiting, then he walks to furthest point of the end of the aisle and goes around the corner still on his phone call. I finally just walked away and tried to find the guy that said he would go to the front desk to see if they had been turned in. I actually ran into him making my way to the front of the store. He had my keys with him. Very thankful he was able to locate them. As for the older gentleman he needs to be written up for poor customer service and being on his personal cell while on the floor in front of customer.

    Usually this place is great, this morning I couldn't find anyone to help. I went aisle by aisle no own was found we waited for 30 minutes to get some help cutting wood. No one showed up. We asked two different cashiers and both said help was coming, still nothing. Finally, as we were leaving we saw a meeting of about 10 to 15 employee laughing and enjoying their morning. Thanks guys I guess five minutes of your time was too much to ask.

    I went in to make a large purchase of lumber to build a fence and made my order with "Mark" at the prodesk. I told him that I was a 18 year customer at home Depot and wanted to give Lowes a chance , so I hand Mark a list of everything I need w delivery instructions and Gate code...sounds easy , but he ordered me indoor lumber for a outdoor fence...the posts were 16 feet long each which is double the length I asked I called and let him know and he said if they are too long bring them back for a refund...like I have a 16 foot truck to bring them back..."hello"! ,he didn't put down the gate code to enter the community , he set the delivery date for 2 days after we agreed was suppose to be next morning/day/evening..then I get a text that says that they cannot find my order and that it did not exist...how fustrating ...I returned thinking that my$1500 in cash I paid was getting over on me. I got a refund from the half asleep manager and went back to home Depot and that came out perfectThanks for the trouble Mark at pro area

    Upsetting experience at the paint counter I try to get ceiling paint for a customer. The lady tells me she doesn’t tint ceiling paints and I ask her even if the paint itself says tintable and she says well, I don’t tint them because people aren’t normally happy with tinted colors on their ceilings and that it wouldn’t be returnable so I asked her is any tinted paint returnable and she says no (so what’s the point of her telling me that) She goes to tell me that she wants customers to be happy with the color and most of the time they’re not Simply put that’s none of her business Why you try to sell the pros if she can’t make it happen The color that I need is a percentage of a formula. She then goes to tell me I only do in 5%. She proceeds to tell me she can only a tint to a 12% some other random number and 26% She apparently doesn’t know her own time tables Just really bad experience overall
