  Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing.   I had ordered online and picked up the next day. Smooth pickup without any long waits or errors. The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. Parking was good. The garden area (the only section I shopped) was tidy. IMHO though, the plants on clearance were overpriced even on clearance as some were beyond their 'saving' ability. I'd recommend this location as it was easy to access and a good experience was had.

  Don’t curbside from this store, they’re lousy and will throw the excuse they couldn’t hear the phone ring or system chime to acknowledge my curbside pick up order. Young girl with glasses was unprofessional and took more than 30 minutes to get my order. Worse part this is the second time it happened, and both orders were just storage boxes (not heavy or wide at all.) Other drivers also had to get out and asked what’s going on, and for the sake of verification, I check in again and noticed my order came up, after the young girl stated they’re systems were not working. Maybe go outside and check if there’s drivers waiting at curbside. Home Depot is great at their curbside service and usually I don’t shop there because is further from home.

  Went to pick up some materials for a chicken coop. The staff was super helpful in getting me to the right departments. I was even able to get some hard-to-find stuff.

  Always a pleasant experience while walking through the aisles at this location. The only complaint I have is that they need to enforce the service drug only policy. I get it You let in the little old lady with her poodle on a leash but what if next time there's a guy also walking in with his pitbull. Then what happens when the dogs decide to urinate on the floor and one of your customers slips and falls whose at fault ?
