  Straight horrible can never find anyone to help you on the floor. I waited and hit the help button 4 time and even had another employee call for someone in the plumbing section and no ever came, now I have to drive over to home depot

  Appliance delivery is a joke here. The driver, Quincy, scratched my floors during delivery, could not open water line due to a stiff valve(the valve was installed upside down so orientation is backwards so he was turning it the wrong way). His helper was glued to his phone and proceeded to watch sexual videos on his phone with my children present. Will never buy another appliance from Lowe’s and would give zero stars if I could

  Today Lowes and not just this one on Goliad lost my business. Today I went to return an item that I bought 34 days ago, I didn't know Lowes return policy was 30 days, I don't return a lot of items, I was going to return this item the next time I was there, it wasn't a seasonal item or an item they don't stock anymore. I asked if she could make an exception since it was only four days past and she said "well if it was one day she could make an exception but if I had a lowes credit card it wouldn't be a problem". Really? I have no idea how many thousands of dollars I've spent at this Lowes between remodeling both my bathrooms and the large storage building I built over the last year or two not including the purchases I make with my company P-card, all the misc. items like pool & lawn care items from their nursery and the times I went to a Lowes way out of my way to get an item that this Lowes didn't have in stock. Mind you I live in Floresville and drive past Mc Coys and Dittmar Lumber and there's a Home Depot just down Military drive. This isn't about the money it's about the service, they won't even stop customers from using the pro entrance as covered parking while they shop, I can't count how many times I had to wait for people to come out with a bag full of items just to hop in their truck and leave while I'm in line with a trailer waiting to pick up the items I already paid for, for people like that to move, I also find it odd that they seem to only be able to rip plywood from 8 - 5 during the day but after that seems like nobody knows how to or wants to use that saw.

  I’m giving Samantha who works at Lowe’s a review for being so knowledgeable about paint for fences. Her expertise helped me so much in making a decision on what to buy. She didn’t pressure me but she told me about the patio furniture items for 50% off . She was extremely helpful. There were two women at the register at check out. I needed help and they gladly did so with smiles and a helping hand. Now -a-days you just don’t get that type of service. That’s why this Lowe’s is my go to store for all my house needs. Now are there people there who don’t take time with you yup. Are there workers there who do not know what you are talking about and can’t help you. Yes! But because of Samantha and the ladies at the register on Wednesday 9/16 they made all the difference and that’s why I would return.

  Extremely disappointing customer service experience this morning. At approximately 8:30 a.m., I arrived at Lowe's to pick up some important items for my company. The items wasn't available because, as I eventually found out, another supervisor had already picked it up. The problem was getting Frankie to actually help me figure that out. Frankie's response went from, "I don't see anything," to, "I don't know what to tell you." He then repeatedly asked whether I was at the wrong store, despite me explaining that I needed him to simply look into the order and determine what happened. I wasn't asking him to find an item that wasn't there. I needed an explanation for why the order couldn't be picked up so I could report that information back to my company. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, Frankie seemed more interested in questioning whether I knew which Lowe's I was standing in. After being asked repeatedly if I was at the wrong store, the interaction started to feel insulting to my intelligence. Thankfully, Mari was nearby at the front desk. She took the time to actually look into the system and discovered that infact the items had JUST been picked up. In other words, there was something to tell me. Mari found the answer by doing exactly what I had been asking Frankie to do. The difference between the two employees was night and day. Mari was professional, helpful, and solution oriented. Frankie was dismissive, unhelpful, and had an attitude that was completely unnecessary for such a simple request. I don't know whether 8:30 in the morning was simply too early for Frankie to be bothered with customers, or whether there was another reason for the way I was treated. As a Black customer, I certainly hope my race had nothing to do with it. Either way, no customer should be made to feel like they're the problem simply for asking an employee to help figure out what happened with an order. Or wonder at all if we're being honest. Lowe's should recognize employees like Mari who actually take ownership of a problem and help customers get answers. Frankie, especially while wearing a veteran vest and representing both Lowe's and that community, which I am also a part of - should seriously reconsider the attitude he brings to customer interactions. Thank you, Mari, for stepping in and turning an unnecessarily frustrating situation into a very simple solution.
