- MGMark GSep 10, 20261.0At arrival the store was very busy. Had a really nice, attentive and knowledgeable sales person. Was interested in learning about the product and he was doing his job. However another customer was viewing a sectional with the sound system included inside, turn the volume up to the maximum for playing games and kept it there. We couldn't hear the sales person nor could he hear us. He promptly apologized and turned the system down. The manager or person in charge immediately turn it back up and arrogantly states to the salesperson and us, that "they need to test the system and know what it can do". After another 5 minutes of this the salesperson attempted to turn it down and was told not to by the person in charge. We thanked the sales person and promptly left. If this is the attitude of management I would recommend avoiding this company.
- GCGods salty ChildAug 24, 20261.0You spend $7,000 for a sectionals and it comes in 7,000 different boxes and you have to completely put it together, It is very difficult to put together and tore my knuckles apart. This company and their reply to this problem was unprofessional and completely sarcastic. I would never buy from them again.

And if you have any questions, the staff at la Cantera Lovesac will answer your questions and keep in touch throughout the entire process. If you have any problems tyey go the extra mile to cheerfully take care of you!! Highly recommend the product and this store!
