- GCGods salty ChildAug 24, 20261.0You spend $7,000 for a sectionals and it comes in 7,000 different boxes and you have to completely put it together, It is very difficult to put together and tore my knuckles apart. This company and their reply to this problem was unprofessional and completely sarcastic. I would never buy from them again.
- CMCyn MaddoxJan 13, 20251.0TERRIBLE COMPANY! I CAN NOT BELIEVE THE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. We order 13 sectional pieces plus two tables that came in 45 boxes. You would think for the amount paid (over$14k) for these couches, this company would offer "white glove service" & pick up for the boxes it comes in. We honestly wanted to return everything, but in order to return theses couches.. We would have to take everything apart and place back into 45 boxes! NOT TO MENTION, these couches aren't as comfortable as they look. We also purchased a couple of accessories, but decided they don't work well. The tray table is absolutely useless. We emailed the company, twice, and never heard a response. Finally, after two weeks of silence, we called. It took 30mins to finally reach a representative to get shipping labels for the accessories we want to return. I can't express how much I am disappointed with this company. I wanted to love them, but I definitely don't. I would never order from this company ever again, and shared my experience with everyone I know. I Highly recommend other companies that offer better and comfortable sectionals with white glove service and clean up. Not to mention better customer support as well. Lovesac, do better! You've been around long enough to offer better services for the price point of your product. Also, don't have your sales people say it's 0% interest when that's a lie. It was 34.99% with the company Lovesac is using for financing.
