  Closest to the pool and always have whatever I need for it. They carry your heavy stuff out to your vehicle for you. There’s an app and a rewards program as well as sell and service for Polaris robot equipment .

  Dominic was very helpful with identifying the part that I needed to get my filter in operation. The right o- ring has been really hard to locate, but he had a system to properly identify the part number. He is a 5 star employee.

  Frustrated. I went in consistently for three weeks. The water sample readings were all over the place. The salesman proceeded to tell me that the test couldn’t be accurate due to the minute quantity’s (ppm and ppb) we were testing for and that the testing disks were inconsistent. Then he started trying to sell me products to fix the issues shown by the inaccurate tests. He also told me to use a product (cya remover) while adding chlorine. The instructions say this will destroy the cya remover. The reading shows I was in chlorine lock, but another showed the chlorine was being consumed… I am having serious trust issues at this point
