Due to health issues, I purchased the power recliner by phone. Liza was very helpful and the delivery went smoothly. I’m very pleased with my new recliner.

I had to try several chairs with Deb guiding me patiently to the best choices. She was a big help and great fun throughout the process.

We respected and appreciated the knowledgeable saleswoman Sherry who assisted us. She knew her inventory and helped us with the products we needed without us having to try all store’s items. She was patient when we forgot our debit card pin and very calm. Excellent employee and we complemented her!

We wanted to replace a La-Z-Boy recliner we purchased years ago. When I called the San Antonio location where we purchased the original one, I was amazed that the sales person who answered the phone was able to pull up the original sale, in 2016, and tell me the name of the model. She had one on the sales floor (sold, but available to see!). My husband & I drove to the store so he could sit in it, and to make sure it was still the "perfect chair" fo him. Sherry was SO helpful, in every way, throughout the whole process of our purchase! She explained everything so well - the discounts applicable, the leathers available for that specific model, and the procedure for picking up our new chair at the warehouse after they add the swivel base he wanted added to it. Everything about this purchase was easy, smooth, and most pleasant. Many thanks to Sherry for her exceptional customer service, and to the record-keeping provided by La-Z-Boy corporate! Sincerely, Jean & Robert Lake
