  Jorge in the Corpus Christi store was honestly friendly, knowledgeable und guided me without pressure during my decision process and gave me a good price. To bad that like everything else prices got out of hand!!! This will be most likely my last brand recliner so i hope this one lasts.

  We have been searching for a living room set for some time . We googled top quality furniture and it recommended Lazy Boy, so we drove three hours to San Antonio to check it out for ourselves. The reviews were correct, it was the most comfortable furniture I’ve set on for years and the quality was exceptional compared to other brands. For the money it is hands down the best purchase we’ve made in a while. The sales staff really knows their product and helped us with every question we had. Javier was our sales representative and he was amazing 👍

  Amazing friendly, no-pressure, professional service. Joel knew immediately which chair was the best for me. I DID try several, but he was right! Lazy Boy is best for quality and service!

  Upon walking in, we were greeted by Joel Riceberg. He listened to our needs and wants, took us directly to options that he thought we would like and he was 100% correct. Though we looked at others, he answered all questions with great courtesy and information leading us to make a choice which was very simple. The right choice. The entire process was how it should be. We were greeted , questioned asked and answered, options and choices given, needs discussed again and finding the perfect option. Delivery time discussed and accommodated to our timeline , payment made and most of all, walking out of the store knowing the choices we made and the chair we picked out was perfect. Lazy Boy definitely has the correct person working for this store and most of all, working for the customers. Thank you Joel and we look forward to future purchases.

  First and foremost, my wife’s and my positive experience at LB was due to the care and expertise of the salesman, Stephen Z. He quickly put us at ease upon entering the store. Steven gave us an explanation of the store layout, (which is extensive) product tagging system, then sent us on to browse by ourselves, but assuring us that he was there for assistance when needed. He guided us thru a pleasant shopping process that concluded with our confident decision to purchase two reclining chairs. But, the story does not end there! Shortly after delivery of our two chairs we discovered a problem with one of them, …and this is where the quality of LAZY-BOY shines. The problem was quickly assessed, and we were offered several very fair possible solutions that we chose from to conclude our business. Many thanks to the LAZY-BOY team, but especially to Stephen Z!
