- LLLarissa6 days ago1.0Hannah at the Hobby Lobby on Culebra and 1604 was very lazy and refused to help me find an item or check to see if it was available at any other store. She stood at the front of the store with an IPad that she can’t use. I would not recommend this store. It was just after opening and empty but their staff is unwilling to help their customers.
- KLKimberly LemonOct 2, 20261.0Bothered by allowed solicitors at the entrance. 2nd time.. it sucks bc they are persistent. Why would you think spending my money before I enter your establishment is smart...?
- MVMiguel ValadezSep 27, 20265.0Fast check out even though there were a lot of customers in the store. Everything nice and clean including restrooms.
- SHSheryl HLSep 24, 20263.0Always look forward to going to Hobby Lobby to get new craft supplies, however today I had an unnerving experience leaving. As I was checking out and making my way out of the store a gentleman whom I can only assume was a loss prevention employee followed me so closely that I stopped and turned to look at him just as I made it out the door. I thought he was going to reach out and grab me or something in the parking lot. Being by myself in this situation just heightened the fear for me and I really dont think its necessary to be so overtly aggressive. Ntm he watched me pay for every single item I picked up before pursuing me so aggressively out of the store. He quickly turned around and returned to the store after I turned around on him. Do better Hobby Lobby. Not everyone is out to steal and your regular customers deserve dignity and a respectful shopping experience.
- TSTimberly SmithSep 18, 20261.0Disrespectful! Doesn't know how to deal with disabled people! Let alone a teenager! Everyone there needs to learn sympathy! Pushing a disabled child! Seriously?! Who does that? Rude. I will never go back to any hobby lobby again!!
