- JRJazmin RitcheyMay 4, 20261.0Customer service is poor. The manager on duty as of this review offered no assistance albeit he saw that there were issues with a customer and his cashier. I ended moving lines and he saw that was stacking with customers yet he continued to close down lines. The cashier moved abbhorently slow and the other cashier was at a complete standstill yet the other cashiers were allowed to close their registers. One literally closed and just stood by her registered. Low work ethic and management.

During my last visit, I was clearly struggling while holding a lamp and trying to grab a shopping cart, with two employees standing just a few feet away. Instead of offering help, they continued chatting and ignored the situation. It’s consistently difficult to find assistance here, and I’ve gotten used to figuring things out on my own. The cashiers do their best to help, but it’s not fair to rely on them during checkout and slow down the line. Great store overall, but customer service on the floor really needs improvement.
