  This has been a dream come true. We shopped around several different companies and we instantly felt the warmth and sincerity from Felix Galvan our sales manager. He explained every little detail. He came to our home in the pouring rain to show us a pool template. To give us an idea of the size and shape of the pool. Who else does that? Not any of the other stores we visited. Because no one else offered that as an option. Felix got the ball rolling when our HOA was sitting on their hands to approve our project. He made himself readily available with any questions or concerns we had. Our construction crew was amazing, they we're very respectful and professional at all times. Paul and Mason always kept us in the loop. Through every process from digging, to the dropping of the pool, electrical and the setup of our pool attendent. We are extremely excited and very happy with our purchase. Gary's pools and patios doesnt treat you like just another customer. They treat you like family.

  Picking Gary’s Pool and Patio was the best decision we made when we decided to put in a pool. Construction projects often take longer than expect or with numerous hiccups. Not with Gary’s, communication was on point, and everyone showed up to work when they said they would. The quality of their work unmatched. Felix Jr, Paul, Mason, Felix Sr were all great to work with. I can’t say enough good things about this company, and I highly recommend them if you are considering a fiberglass pool.

  We could not be happier with our experience with Gary Pools! From beginning to end, the entire process was exceptional. Our project manager was incredible—communicative, responsive, and true to every single promise made throughout the project. That level of follow-through made such a large project feel remarkably easy. A special shoutout to Mike and Freddy, who were absolutely fantastic throughout the process. What really speaks volumes about the level of service at Gary Pools is that even six months after our pool was completed, they still respond to our questions and are happy to help. Their commitment to their customers clearly doesn’t end when the project does, and we really appreciate that. We were also incredibly impressed by how transparent Gary Pools was about pricing. At no point did we feel like we were being upsold or taken advantage of. In fact, it was quite the opposite—they actually pointed out ways we could save money while still getting everything we wanted. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare, especially with a project of this size. And the end result exceeded our expectations. We now have an absolutely gorgeous pool that has completely transformed our backyard into a resort-like space for our family to enjoy for years to come. Beautiful work, outstanding communication, honest pricing, and exceptional service before, during, and long after the project was finished. We would highly recommend Gary Pools to anyone considering building a pool!

  Such a fantastic experience. From the time we stepped into the showroom to the graduation of "pool school" Felix has been incredibly helpful and responsive. He answered all of questions and really took the time to explain everything in detail. Highly recommend reaching out to Felix if you are ready to get your pool! Mike Williams was our project manager and he was just as amazing. He kept us informed along the way, giving us updates on what was happening and what the next steps were. Mike always reached out to us, we never had to reach out to him. The crews involved along the way were friendly, respectful, and take pride in their work. Highly highly recommend. Oh and the best part...it was only 10 days from the time the digging started until the time we were in the pool swimming. Insane!!!

  After years of research and trying to decide what was best for me as far as price and the total time it would take to complete install I decided fiberglass was the best route after seeing how smoothly my nephew install was and him telling me "Just go with Garyy's" I am extremely happy with the outcome Felix my sales guy was amazing thorough and straight forward no cheesy sales pitch just the facts and staying in my budget. I am already recommending Gary's Pools and Patio to several friends and serious ones at that. Thank you to the entire crew from beginning to end . Xoxoo
