I have been with Fusion Pool Service going on 4 years and I am so thankful I found them. From day one I have had no issues with the service my pool sparkles year around and I am thankful for the notices during bad weather letting me know when I need to run my pool pump during a freeze. I have also needed repairs at which time the pricing was very affordable and the repair job was done correctly. I want to Thank all the staff that services my pool.

My review isn't for the company services but for the lack of safety for other drivers on the road by this business. I was driving to work on interstate 10 behind one of their company trucks and debris from the truck bed starting flying out toward my vehicle. I had to shift to the next lane to avoid a collision. I also observed a dangerously low rear tire on that truck. This is not the way to handle cargo deliveries.

I was having horrible luck with pool services - the one I used sold his company and that company turned my pool clean, so got a new company, he cleaned my DE filter and broke 3 grids but couldn't understand why DE was always in my pool (DUH) anyway I asked for recommendations on the Neighborhood app - these guys came out, explained everything and now my pool is so clean and sparkly I have to wear sunglasses when I look out the window!!!

Amazing customer service. We do landscaping and had a huge mishap when installing a palm tree. A pipe by pool broke and we didn't have knowledge on how to get water to stop filling up the whole bed. David came to the rescue. We are so grateful and we highly recommend this company. We work with many client's who have pool service and we have had many good experiences with them but this one is above and beyond expectations. 5 stars plus!!!!!!!
