Absolutely whenI walked into your store never been in your store a young lady by Sophia came to me and I told her I needed a little sofa she took me around the store show me what I wanted I sat on all the a sofas I even picked them up and she laughs she treated me like I'm the only one in the store. And because of her Excellency on customer service I bought two sofas in cash she's a keeper and as long as she's there next time I need something for my home I am going to call for her. I'll be waiting for my sofas within the next 7 to 10 days she has a big five star I am 70 years old and she treated me like I was starting all over in my life. Once again my name is Ilda Alonzo, a very very satisfied customer

Absolutely love this place. The furniture is so cute and affordable. Mary is precious and went above and beyond to help. Karitza was also so helpful in the process. Love my new furniture.

I didn’t expect Furniture Row to be reasonably priced, but it was! The associates we worked with, Stephen and Tatiana, were both so patient and understanding of our situation. They each helped us find what we needed for different rooms of the house and we are so glad we took a chance on stopping in.
