  I can’t say enough good things about Ferguson Fire & Fabrication in San Antonio. There’s a reason we stay loyal to this supply house and don’t bother going anywhere else. Randy has always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and capable. He consistently goes the extra mile to make sure we’re taken care of, even personally calling us when something comes up or when he knows we need something. That kind of service is becoming harder and harder to find. Mike is another perfect example of why this place has earned our loyalty. We were recently in a huge pinch on a job for a major company. Not getting the job finished would have been catastrophic for us. We needed a flange, and it was a Saturday. Mike was off work and absolutely did not have to help us, but he went out of his way and met me on his day off just to make sure I got that flange and could finish the job. I genuinely doubt many people at another supply house would do something like that—much less even answer the phone on their day off. Mark deserves recognition as well. He’s always been great to work with and is another big reason we continue doing business here. Between Mark, Randy, and Mike, you can tell they understand the fire protection industry and how important it is to have a supply house you can actually depend on when you’re in a bind. That kind of service means something. Sometimes in our industry, getting one fitting or one part can be the difference between finishing a job and having a serious problem on your hands. These guys understand that and have shown us time and again that they actually care about taking care of their customers. That’s why we’re loyal to Ferguson Fire & Fabrication. When people go that far out of their way to take care of you, you remember it. We have no reason to go anywhere else. Thank you, Randy, Mike, and Mark. You guys have absolutely earned our business
