I’m really disappointed with my experience at Extra Space Storage on De Zavala in San Antonio. Without much warning, they raised my monthly rate from $33 to $66. I only found out via mail, which I don’t even receive regularly. I feel blindsided, and it’s a huge jump. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on this experience.
