The gentlemen that work in the office were very helpful and courteous. The facility is clean but beware if you reserve a unit with this company the rate will increase very shortly. I reserved a 7x10 unit for $60 per month. Three months later I was given a 30 day notice that the same unit was being increased to $109 per month due to “market price”. Apparently this is in the agreement they have you sign.

Very upset by the lack of transparency with pricing online. Settled for a rate that seemed okay and my price went up. After calling and asking why apparently the online pricing is only a 3 month promo. No where online does it even have find print showing “for the first 3 months”
If it was in the lease shame on me for not seeing it but the website is super misleading and my unit shot up in price 80 dollars
