Mac was so nice an helpful I was very Concerned about my payment and the dates pretty much everything in a nutshell, and he explained everything to me In a very calm and respectful manner, and after making me feel good about it, he took the Time at the end of our conversation to tell me if he finds any other problem that he will call me back
He called me back in less than five minutes and explained to me what I had done (I doubled paid)and the reasons why this had happened and it just really meant the world to me and I asked him hey can I leave you a survey cause It was just great customer service y’all keep up the good work! Thanks again
