Excellent customer service. Size and availability of storage was perfect and exactly what I needed. At great price. Very clean units and facilities. Temperature controlled which is a huge plus with this summer weather. Thank You Extra Space Storage!!

Extra Storage Space is clean and well maintained over all , but I just closed out of my unit this week because my rent was increased twice this year by June !
I think this is very unprofessional ! I called the rep w/Extra Storage Space and expressed my concerns and she said that they reserved the right to change storage rental rates every 6-9 months, and that was it! I then decided I would move out because I am very disappointed w/this decision! Those of you have storage units please be aware how much you are spending every year !

Don't listen to most of these reviews, they were for CUBESMART who previously was here not Extra Space Storage. After just a few months of having my stuff with Extra Space the rent price went up $30 a month and they claim it will continue to go up every 3-6 months? Shady company wont keep people around like that. We will have to find a new place that wont raise prices like this. Smh
