I noticed a lady have a heat stroke, in the climate controlled area, it was 85 degrees on the first floor. Wow, glad she did not loose her life. She's OK. Grateful to know that it's a wonderful place to have a unit here. Not to know that another human must loose thier life due to much heat. Climate controlled should be at max 70 degrees. Might just have to leave like all the other lifetime members who trusted this place. Such a wonderful place.

Krystal Cabrera the store manager at 2300 Broadway has a great attitude. She's a people person, she's always smiling and accommodating. She showed me what they had available and the different sizes in units they offer. Her vibe is very chill , personable and approachable. She's also very informative and very professional if my friends and family needed a storage unit, I I would definitely recommend them to go to Extra Space Storage on Broadway. You can also download the app to make payments, open Gates digitally and get ovafacility information and so much more. With this Texas weather, the climate control facility is only one of my favorite amenities.
