I wanted to make sure I took the time to leave a positive review on a person who reminded me that there still are people out there that believe in giving great customer service. Not because she has to, but because it is her nature to help her customers. Violet is this person. She took her time in explaining the different options I had in continuing my leasing of one of her storage units. There must have been 3-4 different choices of my 3 different options. So the more options come more questions. She answered all my questions in a calm professional manner. Like I mattered. I thanked her for her patience and help. Violet said thank you and that she was only doing her job. I have already told about a dozen people; go see Violet, she’ll take care of you. Violet is why I continued another lease extension and Violet alone.
