I definitely recommend this storage facility, especially because of the manager, Mac! He is always very friendly, respectful, professional, and extremely helpful. Anytime I have a question or need help with something, Mac takes the time to help me and makes sure everything is taken care of. He has great customer service and always makes you feel welcome instead of making you feel like you’re bothering him.
You can tell Mac genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his job and the property. It’s hard to find people who are this helpful and understanding these days. Having a manager like Mac makes a huge difference, and he definitely deserves recognition for the great job he does. I’m very happy with my experience here and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for storage! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
