I obtained my unit through the online process 4 months ago so I have not needed to come into contact with any staff until I called on Tuesday. Devin was extremely helpful & very knowledgeable when it came to explaining procedures. He not only addressed my concerns but he fixed the issue. I have loved my unit ever since renting it (very clean facility, easy to access), but Devin's customer service was top tier!

Moving in was super easy and convenient! Wonderful location inside and got a great online deal! Asst. Manager John was super helpful and friendly, which also made the move-in completely stress free! Love the digital access with the app!

I was paying $88.00 for a 10x15 unit under Lockaway Storage then the company was bought out by Extra Space Storage which honored that price for 4 months then raised the price to $150 12 months ago. Then 8 months later increased the price again to $198.00 so the price increased more than double. I’ve heard of inflation, which was 2.6% for 2025, but not 125%. Price gouging is illegal!!
