Move in was okay. Rent was raised by $80 even before the 3rd month was even completed. Make sure you pay your current rent before agreeing to any changes. I got charged the new rate for the month of June even though it stated it was new rare would take effect July which I had agreed to. Still got charged the new rate for June instead of it starting in July. Not good business practice. Selective customer preferences apparently.

Will and Devin have both been so kind to me any time I come up to access my unit. I needed help cutting a lock (lost the key 🤣) and they both jumped on it quickly and had me back into my storage in no time! Since moving to Texas, I am very pleased with choosing this location to store my things!
