Clean, and secure. Some of the other renters are very rude (honking excessively to get through an isle, driving really fast through the isles), but I guess there's not much the business can do about that.

Easy as it gets! You fill out their required information in about 2 minutes and that's it. Download the app for easy access. Go to the gate, enter the code they give you, find your designated unit, put your things in it, and lock it. They even provide a lock if you don't have one. I also received a call from Sonya a few days later to see how the unit was working out for me and if I had any questions or issues that she could help with. Great service overall.
